We were tasked to make it clear that Telkom is a competing Internet Service Provider in South Africa – a solution that is central to broadband service delivery.
 
As part of their repositioning as an Internet Service Provider, Telkom also wanted to educate consumers on the concept of broadband.
 
They were looking for a digital solution that went beyond emailers and banners.
 
So we designed and developed Telkom’s brand new, interactive ISP website.
 
The site was specially designed to target consumers, small business owners and large business owners separately.
 
Each target’s execution educated users on what broadband is by explaining it using a real-life situation.
 
We focused on defining terms like softcapped and uncapped internet and ended each user journey off with a Telkom broadband deal.
 
The site was complemented online by videos on YouTube and banners on third party sites.
 
We integrated technology that Telkom had never used before including, jQuery and HTML 5, and designed the site using Telkom’s CI colours only.
